knitting hiatus

it’s true, you can’t knit with a newborn around. If she isn’t attached to your boob, you’re just sitting there staring at her. Or changing a diaper… let’s not underestimate the time dedicated to that activity.

I won’t be blogging for a while I think… I like to keep this blog knitting friendly and there is just none of that going on! In fact, here is the last stitch I knit:

Attractive, no? I am sure I’ll return to my projects sooner or later–I’ve managed to return to the internet after all! In the meantime, please indulge me in this deluge of MJ’s adorable and silly facial expressions. The last two are eating related–total nipple anxiety first, and later, satiation.

Does anyone know how I might be able to make one of those matrix collages of these photos?

BTW, if you are ever feeling overwhelmed, check out Melanie’s blog over at Melanoma Uberalis. She had TWINS and gives very details descriptions of her daily activities. Scary…
