I just commented this morning on Gleek’s blog, which features a short video of why men should knit. Why it’s manly and all that. What I said was this: Mr. Sassy should start knitting again–and with something other than Lamb’s Pride Bulky. And while I was busy feeding MJ, without a word from me, this happened:
This is a hat in doubled stranded lion brand alpaca (and whatever the heck else they put in that). He’s speckled in some blue springy cotton which is a nice effect! I’m liking it much better than anything else he’s done–I’ll post the finished product!

Wow. I’m in awe. I’d faint dead away if I saw my guy smiling like that at yarn. We MUST see his FO.
Oh my gosh, that’s the cutest thing I’ve ever seen! Even better than his Taiwanese modeling photos! 
Now could you just get him to talk to everyone else’s husbands and tell them how cool knitting is? Then we’d all know such bliss!
