I teach PROJECT KNIT and would welcome any beginner/intermediate knitter’s to join in the fun on Mondays from 6:30 to 8 pm.
I’m also going to be a student in ALTERED STATES. I really need to stop spending so much money having my pants hemmed and my dresses taken in at the shoulders! I am really excited to learn the “magic jeans” hem too. Cal is the teacher for this class and her patience is legendary, as are her skills.

Wish I lived close by (we’re in Portland, OR). Will definitely check out when we visit friends in Brooklyn.

I *really* wanted to take the crochet class, but sadly can not since Hayden is still mama-dependent at bedtime. Next time.
In belated answer to your question: Polyfi can be found in cheapie fabric shops on Bridge St, off the Fulton Street Mall in downtown Brooklyn. I use Nature-fil, though, which I get at Purl.
