thank you for law & order marathons

If you were as unproductive as me this weekend, you may have been watching one of several Law & Order marathons on cable tv. And I am not including knitting in my being “unproductive”, just cleaning, cooking, moving, etc.
As a result:
Gotta check with Christine to see if progress pics of her pattern are good to go up on the site. In the meantime, I can tell you that Brooks Farm Duet is a fabulous fiber! The mohair content isn’t bothering me in the least.
My last post set no goals. I am not into it so I’m keeping it pretty big picture. I have, however, added a new page to the site called FINISH & DIMINISH to specifically address my stash hoarding and UFO issues in the coming year. It doesn’t tell the complete picture, but its still pretty daunting. I’ve got a lot of work ahead of me!

Law & Order makes for the best TV knitting! Good idea on the Finish & Diminish. Is it really shaming you into using stash yarn? Hmmm? (Although, damn, you have great yarns!).
i think that i need a big dose of stash shame. i’m not buying any more yarns unless it’s with a gift certificate 
You seen my UFO pile? Scary. And I just made a “yarnventory” in Excel. Even scarier, considering I have all this yarn w/o any idea what to use it for. What was I thinking? I am right there with you though.
I like Golden Girls and 30 Minute Meals on Tivo as my knitting TV.
I was all over Law & Order this weekend and I too was so unproductive until monday night that is when I went crazy cleaning but that’s another story. I love your stash page I’m going to have to pull out all the stash to scare myself into knitting up what I have…although I doubt it’ll work!
Daunting, but fun. You’ve got a lot of great stuff in your stash! Cant wait to see those projects in 2006.
Knitting should totally be counted as being productive! (Of course I say tis after indulging in the same L&O marathon while knitting socks…..) Way to go on those goals, lady! I feel a list coming on… It’s about time!

I’ll have you know that my knitting mojo is back!!! The past week and a half I have:
designed a bunch! Socks, a cool capelet for helena, a pinwheel purse, a new bobble scarf, and I am about to embark on a “first” for me. hopefully not a “last” but i just designed a YOKE sweater, wheeeeeeee!
I’m feeling excited to be back in! I think some of your energy has finally rubbed off on me!
